Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Lost or Damaged Packages TL WeGotYou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
